Will these work for a 2020 wrx? 

These are for the 22 WRX only.

Will these fit on a 2021 wrx since its a different body style i saw these in person today at the dealership and ask them if they knew if they would fit and they said they didnt? 

Unfortunately these will not fit your 21 WRX.

I am running an aftermarket 18 rims with coilovers 1 finger gap will the mud flaps scrape if i get them i havent seen one rock an oem flaps that are lowered?

Was any modification needed to install both the splash guards and mud flaps just got my wrx today and want both but the dealer wouldnt install because they said modification is required thoughts? 

Both cannot be mounted together. They are mounted to the same location and the splash guard impedes the fitment of the mudflap. This is also the same for aftermarket mudflaps such as Rally Armor.
