As a Warehouse Associate you’ll help keep orders moving accurately and efficiently — from receiving and organizing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping parts that enthusiasts rely on.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high standard of accuracy and care
• Receive inbound freight, verify counts, and put away inventory
• Organize and maintain warehouse locations, packaging supplies, and staging areas
• Inspect packaging for fragile or specialty parts before shipment
• Collaborate with purchasing, support, and leadership to resolve fulfillment issues

A sales support representative at Subimods is a position that customer support representatives are eligible to apply for after one consecutive year of employment. To be considered for this position the customer support representative must have met all required goals in his / her position in that prior year and have no formal warnings in the past 6 months for performance related activities.

The sales support representative position is a prerequisite to becoming a full time sales representative at Subimods. In this position highly motivated individuals will learn the processes and protocols of being a sales representative. You will work closely with members of the purchasing team and select leadership members to sharpen your sales skills while learning more about the products the company sells in a fast paced setting that encourages hard work and demands positive results. The sales support representative will also continue to work closely with members of the customer support team to resolve day to day customer support issues

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through rapid daily updates via email and phone. You will be working independently and collaboratively to ensure customer needs are met.
• Work with members of the customer support team to action positive results for our customers including handling complex and very sensitive customer service related issues when required.
• Work with members of the customer support team to generate returns, courtesy credits and recommend solutions to logistical, fulfillment or purchasing issues.
• Working with the leadership team to maintain pricing, details and other required product data on our website to ensure compliance with manufacturer pricing policies.
• Working with the leadership team to recommend new product, investigate potential sales opportunities and create product records on the website as needed for purchase by our customers.
• Cementing yourself in various social media groups, forums or other physical or digital arena's that will allow you to contribute valuable information to the team about products and trends.
• Answer incoming sales team and customer phone calls, inquiries, emails swiftly and professionally
• Accept and process orders on customers behalf as necessary, working with senior team members when needed for assistance.
• Collaborating with manufacturers to obtain credits, information on returned products and resolve ongoing issues.
• Navigating and maximizing the features of our internal apps and programs
• Participation in company trade shows is required, these events are located in various states within the continental U.S

What you'll need?

• 1 Year of consecutive employment as a CSR at Subimods
• No Formal Performance Warnings in prior 6 months.

What you'll be doing!

The Digital Content Associate is responsible for maintaining the digital website content, managing all shared social media channels, managing brand content assets, and assisting with events. This position is also responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing with all aspects of marketing duties as they relate to Subimods.

Success in this position will result in increased awareness of Subimods along with an increase in interaction across Subimods social media platforms including Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok etc. The ideal applicant will have an in-depth understanding of new and existing media platforms, demonstrate strong writing abilities and creative thinking, and be able to create digital content such as photos, videos and blog posts that will be used in your other efforts. Working on numerous projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, being a team player, and exhibiting a results-oriented mindset are critical to success.

• Produce content for and manage all Subimods social media channels, including admin responsibilities such as reporting and replying to customers.
• Leverage these platforms to increase awareness for Subimods and engage followers with the goal of translating interactions into sales.
• Design and Create content (photo / video) that can be used on Subimods website, social media platforms and other direct sources like email and print media.
• Collaborate with agencies to create branded collateral including, but not limited to, shirts, stickers, other promotional materials.
• Ensure Subimods brand and voice consistency across all channels
• Assist Marketing Director with facilitating B2C sales email campaigns
• Maintain and regularly update the Subimods website creatives, regularly reviewing for accuracy and working with internal departments to generate content

What you'll need!

• Technical – Basic technical knowledge of social media platforms, publishing, interacting, and reporting progress are key points.
• Photography: A understanding of photography which will allow you to create high quality images which market the companies products / services. Experience with design software like lightroom and photoshop are required.

• Direct, monitor, and mentor the sales and marketing team in activities for Subimods.
• Coordinate and execute all marketing functions, including B2C, group sales, events, online marketing, promotions, and public relations
• Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans, communication plans, and budgets for the marketing department.

• Issue purchase orders for new suppliers based on parallel product sales data and manufacturer supplied data.
