This is the Cusco Type ALC OS Front Strut Tower Bar. The intended purpose of this bar is to reduce strut tower flex by linking the two strut towers together. The benefit is reducing chassis flex under hard cornering for improved handling and improved driver feedback. A simple upgrade for those of you who enjoy high-performance driving conditions such as auto-x or a spirited canyon run.

This strut brace features durable aluminum construction with a polished bar, and the end plates will come in Cusco's flagship blue color. Hardware will be included to make this strut bar ready for the installation. 

Note: This front strut bar will come with the Master Cylinder Brace to reinforce firewall flex under heavy braking. 

On AT equipped cars it may be necessary to relocate a bracket and wiring harness to install this bar correctly.

The Cusco is a proven brand with quality products everyone knows and love so no different with this Strut bar. The Strut bar works exactly how you’d expect it to and of course the appealing carbon fiber look it’s just a bonus. Easy install (which how hard can a Strut bar be to install) but I did run into problem. The master cylinder brace. After everything was tighten down I moved to the msb and as I start tightening it down noticed the bolt doesn’t line up perfectly straight with it. So as you tighten it down, it starts moving to the side not giving you the exact position you want. Other then that the Strut bar is perfect and no complaints.

This strut bar and master cylinder brace combination is an amazing mod for the BRZ and eliminates purchasing 2 separate pieces. It adds stability to the front end of the BRZ and helps maintain proper suspension angles while the master cylinder brace ensures no firewall flex and a firm pedal! We have noticed most master cylinder braces do this when tightening. As long as the bolt is close to the center and is pressing firmly on the master cylinder you should not have any issues!
