Torque Solution Solid Shifter Linkage Joint Upgrade is designed for Subaru 5-speed models (1998–2005) and is the perfect fix for sloppy, worn-out factory joints. The OEM unit is non-serviceable and prone to failure due to its rubber bushing design. Our solution starts with a brand-new Subaru joint (PN: 35046AG000), then replaces the weak rubber-centered trunnion with our precision stainless steel solid linkage joint.

Notes:

• Grease both supplied bolts / joint during the install. Torque to 11 ft. lbs. Do not overtighten.
  
• Fits all pre-2006 Subaru 5 speed manual transmissions. Some 1998 models may have the linkage with the external return spring. Please check your linkage to confirm, as if you have it then this will not work for you.
