DETAILS

Torque Solution Polyurethane bushings are much harder compared to the OEM units. By replacing them with these harder Polyurethane units you are able to get rid of the unwanted slop and flexing of the stock units which allows for the power to go into rotating the tires, instead of flexing the rubber. Giving you better feedback, sharper response, more predictability on throttle input, along with eliminating annoying clunking during hard shifts.

Installation:

The top 2 inserts along with the plates install in the 2 upper subframe differential mounting points filling the voids.
The 2nd pair of inserts install on the driver side only of the lower differential brace filling the only side that has a void in the rubber bushing.

Install Tip: Use a lithium based or silicone grease to help install the inserts into the voids.

Improvement in drivability

These didn’t make a huge noticeable difference except for when taking off, the clutch seems easier to modulate and car takes off easier with less rear end swaying/movement. I do have a small whine in 4th gear and higher now but not terrible.

Worth the money, a little tricky to install

Bushings made it easier to get going from a stop and car feels more consistent when taking off. These fit on my 2021 wrx.

TIPS: I had a little trouble with the carrier inserts the most. The install video from import image racing is helpful. Like they did in the video, I used a **** driver to pry the carrier into the bracket along with a jack to push it up into the bracket. The rear dif will have to be loaded to install the dif inserts ie. Car on ramps or jack up dif. Also had to use a 3/8ths in torque wrench for the dif inserts, 1/2 wrench couldnt fit in.

Works on WRX 2022+

I had zero expectation for this upgrade ill be honest, its litterly just some rubber you stick into a rubber bushing. But no, you can tell IMMEDIETLY. The improvements in overall driveing, shifting, and 1-2nd gear w/ low throttle judder was huge given the price tag and simplicity. I may take it a step further with a new carrier bar with bushings on both sides though I am unsure if that would do anything. RECOMMENDED. JACK UP YOUR REAR DIF IF USING A RAMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
