Unfortunately, no, it does not. These are just the bezels and lamps.

Can these be painted to match the cars base color?

Yes they can. You will need to paint them or get them painted.

I just ordered these last night and have the same car and question as vin below seems like i need to order the oem fog lamps separately do you sell them ive looked but cant find them on subimods thanks?

Im have these but im missing the electrical wiring kit that goes for the plug next to the foot rest inside mine so they dont work is it possible to buy that wiring kit here or is there a way to wire it so i dont need that all together?

Unfortunately, Subaru sells these as a complete kit that cannot be separated.

OEM for the win!

Apologies for the dirt. I finally pulled the trigger on these classy bezels which add just the right amount of style to the front end of my 2023. I went with the OEM parts to ensure fitment and warranty guarantees and have no regrets despite the other aftermarket options which offer turn signal options. I am going to yellow tint my foglight lenses with a simple overlay for a more sporty look, mind you.

Stick with JDM for best fitment and function for OE+
If you are in the market for DRL, do not hesitate to get these. Biggest pain in the butt is taking off the front bumper, otherwise this install is a breeze.
