Can these be painted to match the cars base color? 

Yes they can. You will need to paint them or get them painted.

I just ordered these last night and have the same car and question as vin below seems like i need to order the oem fog lamps separately do you sell them ive looked but cant find them on subimods thanks?

Im have these but im missing the electrical wiring kit that goes for the plug next to the foot rest inside mine so they dont work is it possible to buy that wiring kit here or is there a way to wire it so i dont need that all together? 

Unfortunately, Subaru sells these as a complete kit that cannot be separated.
