2024 Outback Touring XT

Nice improvement on steering. As others noted, steering feels heavier when on center. Cornering feel has improved also without any noticeable change in ride quality. Instructions in Japanese but pictograms make install very easy and self explanatory. Subimods shipped order to me in a timely fashion. After a weekend on winding mountain roads and then in inclement weather freeway driving, everyone should have this installed.

I installed this last week, and found it took away much of the wishy-washy feeling on center. Install was very easy, even with me double checking everything, took less than an hour. Google translate on my phone was great for translating the install instructions, as this part is imported from Japan, and is meant for the Japanese market. Thanks Subimods for a great experience!

This part fit my 2021 Outback Premium perfectly. It dropped right on with no adjustments or tweaks needed. Feels good so far. No added NVH (noise, vibration, or harshness). Re-checked torques at 60 miles and dead-on.

An extra call-out to customer support who said they needed to research one of my questions and get back to me and they DID, and they replied by email in less than 20 minutes. Outstanding! Buy with confidence.

Perfect Fit!

It fit my '24 Outback Premium perfectly and only took about 15 minutes to install.
Provides greatly improved handling (over bumps, driveway curbs, etc.), and the steering feels much more linear and precise.
Outback owners: Don't hesitate to purchase and install - definitely worth the cost!
