What modifications will be needed to wire put this in my 2017 wrx limited cvt will be getting the 2018 bumper off a wrx? 

If you have OEM fog lights, then no other modifications are required. If you do not have fog lights currently, an OEM fog light kit will need to be purchased.

Where can i buy the plug and play harness? 

Unfortunately, we do not sell the wiring harness, however, there are other vendors online who do.

I have a 2021 sti without fog lights do i need the a diff wiring harness to make themif so with harness will i needare these sold as a set of 2 or each?
