DETAILS

Perrin engine mounts reduce motor movements, efficiently transmit motor power and give drivers a connected feel with their car. A large improvement over OEM, Perrin Engine Mounts are perfect for replacing broken or worn factory mounts.

Perrin machines these engine mounts from 6061 billet aluminum and feature 75A durometer bushings. The polyurethane compound provides enough vibration absorption for daily driving, yet strong enough to enhance driver perception with the added feeling of your engine solidly connected to the chassis.

Note: Special care must be taken when installing PERRIN Engine Mounts with aftermarket headers. Wrapping and/or additional shielding on the header primaries is required to keep heat away from the PERRIN Engine Mount to prevent bushings from being damaged. Especially during dyno tuning (with very little air flowing around headers and mounts), care must be taken to prevent damage to the bushings.

Installation Instructions

Solid and Pretty! Better instructions please!

Solid and pretty set of mounts, install was a bit of a pain as to be expected with any motor mounts. Overall vibration is increased but not nearly as much as expected. Really only noticeable at low rpm idle which I easily resolved with a small bump in idle rpm's, a +70-100 RPM bump removed all idle rattles. Other than idle there is really not much nvh increase at all which surprised me. One thing to note is the instructions are deceiving for the +22 brz guys, u don't need the spacer even though it states u do, that was for gen 1 cars and the new FA's dont. installed perfect without them after trying to first install them so hopefully they correct their instructions soon. Overall I would recommend these if you are looking for a solid mount, zero issues for me and definitely lost the squishy oem movement. Always great service from the subimods team, keep up the good work guys!

Mounts are not good at all do not buy

do not buy they vibrate the car to pieces and cant drive at low speed
