Mishimoto Silver Thermostatic Oil Cooler Kit 2022-2024 WRX

The VB WRX is a serious performer with its FA24 turbocharged engine and advanced AWD system, but its factory oil cooling setup leaves room for improvement. The stock system relies on a small liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger that often heats the oil as much as it cools it. For modified or track-driven WRXs, sustained elevated oil temperatures can put the FA24 at risk. The Mishimoto Direct-Fit Oil Cooler Kit provides the protection your engine needs under demanding conditions.

This kit works alongside the factory liquid-to-liquid cooler to maintain stable oil temperatures and reduce strain on the OE cooling system. The addition of a 19-row air-to-oil cooler and 0.75 quarts of extra oil capacity improves heat rejection and overall lubrication performance. In dyno testing, this system delivered a 20°F reduction in oil temperatures. The cooler mounts cleanly in the upper grille using sturdy, application-specific brackets to ensure optimal airflow and reliable support.

Each kit comes complete with all components needed for installation, including pre-assembled black nylon-covered stainless-steel lines, a thermostatic sandwich plate, and high-quality fittings for a clean, OEM-style appearance.
