IAG Performance Comfort Series Engine Mounts 55A 2002-2007 WRX / 2004-2021 STI / 2004-2008 FXT

Designed to fit 2002–2007 WRX, 2004–2021 STI, and 2004–2008 Forester XT Subaru models equipped with EJ engines, the IAG Comfort Series EJ Engine Mount Set is engineered for drivers who prioritize comfort and reliability in everyday driving. These mounts offer a durable upgrade over Subaru OEM engine mounts, featuring a solid construction that reduces unwanted engine movement and improves drivetrain connection without compromising ride quality. Equipped with 55A durometer bushings—the softest in IAG’s lineup—these mounts deliver a smooth, dependable driving experience with minimal vibration.

The IAG Comfort Series EJ Engine Mount Set includes eight 55A durometer bushings designed specifically for daily-driven vehicles. These bushings offer improved stability over factory mounts while effectively minimizing NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness). The mounts are constructed using premium materials, including cold-rolled gold zinc–plated steel brackets, gold zinc–plated pins, precision-machined 6061 billet aluminum anodized carriers, and a complete mounting hardware kit for a long-lasting, high-quality installation.

Installation of the IAG Comfort Series EJ Engine Mount Set is straightforward for those with solid mechanical experience. With access to a lift, installation can typically be completed in about 30 minutes; installation without a lift may take slightly longer.

A key feature of IAG’s engine mount system is its interchangeable bushing design, allowing you to fine-tune mount stiffness as your performance needs change. While the included 55A bushings provide maximum comfort and low NVH, stiffer options are available for higher-performance applications. Upgrades include the 75A Street Series Bushings, Competition Series Red 90A Bushings, and Solid Steel Race Bushings, which significantly increase stiffness and NVH compared to stock and Subaru Group N mounts (sold separately).

Note: These engine mounts require the use of the OEM engine mounting plates. For the 2002-2007 WRX, 2004-2021 STI and 2004-2008 Forester XT Subaru Models with EJ engines, you can simply reuse your OEM engine mounting plates. If you do not have them, or they are rusted away you will need 1 of each of the following Subaru Part Numbers: 41031VA000, 41031VA010 for installation.
