Design & Testing

Months of research and hands-on testing informed the design. Using 3D engine bay mapping and over 140 dyno pulls across 26 configurations, our engineers optimised airflow, eliminated restrictive bends, and positioned the MAF sensor inside the airbox to prevent heat interference. The result is smoother airflow, accurate MAF readings, and consistent gains.

• Laser-cut, CNC-bent, and riveted airbox with heavy-duty black wrinkle powdercoat
• CNC-machined 6061 aluminum MAF flanges
• Custom-bent intake tube for precise MAF diameter
• TIG-welded 6061 air straightener for optimized flow
• Fully inspected and ported for maximum performance
