Great product just wrong item

When I orders the oil plug 14mm I actually received the 17mm transmission plug. Went through subiemods return team, which were amazing, to get replacement. When replacement arrived it was the same issue again, box mislabeled as 14mm oil drain plug but was in fact the 17mm transmission plug. Return team spoke with manufacturers and all plugs apparently have been mislabeled. So refund was issued, thanks for quick response from subiemods.
Product looks great, but haven’t installed yet as draining my transmission won’t be happening for a while. I now have 2-17mm magnetic drain plugs ready for install when it’s time. On to another product for a oil drain plug, different company most likely, since that change will happen sooner.
