DBA's mid-series enhanced performance rotor features Thermal Stability Profiling for improved heat handling. Thermo-Graphic paint markings on the rotor allow for effective heat monitoring. When the painted lines change colors, you can see the temperature that the rotors have reached allowing you to accurately match the proper brake pad compound. The 4000 drilled rotors have a unique slot and drill design which allows for the gasses to escape that are trapped between the pad and the rotor, which ensures consistent contact.

These key features make this a great rotor for street use, and the weekend warrior who demands the most out of their car on and off the track.

Look cool, but not worth the $$$

They look cool and they havent cracked (yet). Drilled + slotted are notorious for this, especially DBA but i decided to try my luck. Will update later if they crack.

I paired them with Hawk HPS 5.0. after bedding in after + a couple weeks of driving, I can only tell about a 10-15% increase in braking power. same initial bite as oem, but these do a bit better throughout the mid range and more harsh braking. Im sure you could use a more aggressive pad and get better results, but this is my daily driver not a track specific car.

summary: they look cool but are not worth the cost for marginal increase in braking power over stock. Will see how long it takes for them to start cracking.
