Designed to replace the factory turbo heat shield, Cobb Tuning's Stainless Steel replacement is ideal when installing aftermarket downpipes. The factory turbo heat shield does not fit when installing most bellmouth or divorced downpipe designs without trimming. Cobb's SS Heat Shield is specifically designed to retain the function of the factory heat shield while still fitting over all aftermarket downpipe designs.

Running without a turbo heat shield can increase underhood temperatures and unnecessarily heat your intercooler(heat soak).

After 2+ years, still shining!

I’ve had this in my car for awhile, and wanted to wait a while to review it, just to be sure. After several engine washes, removals, and years on my car this thing cleans up just like it was when I peeled the plastic off! Every time it’s out I give it a little wipe down and it looks brand new again! I highly recommend.

Great Shield For Stock Turbo's

This is a great shield for stock turbos however going with a larger turbo in stock location it might not fit especially with a braided oil line.
