A Wind Splitters is a protruding flat surface in the front of a car that is designed to decrease front end lift and exert down force. By creating a high pressure area on top of the wind splitter, high pressure air flow is restricted to flow underneath a car. With low pressure below the car, the effect of lift is reduced and a driver can gain extra traction and control.

Looks fantastic, worth the money.

Install was medium difficulty. I recommend having a friend/second person present to help you keep it aligned as you install it. You'll need to drill holes into the carbon fiber, utilizing the existing underside holes from the front bumper to secure it (felt like a mortal sin when I drilled the beautiful carbon). Overall flows with the body lines of the BRZ very well, and looks amazing. Worth the price IMO.
