When it comes to reducing aerodynamic drag to a car, the APR Formula GT3 Mirrors are an excellent choice. The APR Formula GT3 Carbon Fiber Mirrors are designed to give race inspired looks with the functionality of reducing drag and eliminating blind spots with wide angle mirror lenses. 



All APR Formula GT3 Mirror housings are reinforced with layers of carbon fiber sheets for weight reduction and added strength. Every Formula GT3 Mirror include a left to right pivot arm at the mirror housing with an adjustable ball stub rod to allow a wide range of adjustment. These carbon fiber mirrors are compact and aerodynamically shaped for a low drag coefficient. Lightweight & durable billet aluminum mounting bases are specifically designed to factory specifications for easy installation and clean fit and finish. Convex lenses are used on both driver and passenger sides mirrors to eliminate blind spots. Blue anti-glare mirror lenses are included to reduce reflections from headlight glare during nighttime driving. Please note: Blue anti-glare mirror lenses found only on 5.5" wide APR Formula GT3 Mirror housings. 



Mounting Hardware Included: All screws, bolts and mounting gaskets are included.

2011 WRX APR Mirrors

The mirrors came in pretty fast and in time for an event I was attending with my car. The mirrors look awesome, it came with everything I needed. The one bad thing about my experience that had nothing to do with Subimods was the thread on one of the mirrors. It came cross threaded and we had already installed one of them so it was too late to exchange them. We made it work but it was a pain in the butt, and frustrating since the product is brand new. Other than that, great experience! And the price on Subimods was the best around.

Heavy and pointless fasteners

The base plates are made of aluminum... The problem is that it is VERY thick, die-cast aluminum. Though a weight reduction over the stock mirrors, they are not even close to as much as they should be. Also, the button head fasteners that show on the outside are non-functional... They literally cast in and machined bosses to put non-functional screws. Would not buy again. There are much better mods for your money.

The base plates are made from die-cast aluminum to provide a sturdy foundation for the carbon fiber mirrors. However, we understand that you were expecting a greater weight reduction. Regarding the button head fasteners, we assure you that they are functional and secure the mirror to the base plate. The screws may appear non-functional as they are flush with the surface of the mirror, but they are intended to be threaded in and tighten to secure the mirror.
