Made of a very thick UV-resistant yellow translucent vinyl material, this stuff is as good as it comes for fog light protection. It should not wear and tear easily, if at all! (and the same goes for your fog lights with them installed!) Speaking of fog lights, did you know that yellow light actually cuts through fog, snow, rain, and dust more effectively than white light - which tends to just reflect off of those particles? It's not just for looks!

Easy way to change the way the car looks

Installation was easy..
1.Pull off the fog light covers
2.Clean the light
3.Installed film, this film allows for many lift ups, and the edges of the light do get covered by the plastic trim..

Quality product

I'm not positive that these would prevent the fog lamp from cracking if they took a direct hit from a large rock, but I do believe they would hold all the pieces in place. The plastic is thick and is great for protecting lights from scuffs and scratches. I got clear overlays for my fog lamps but the variety of colors gives you choices for what will be best for your application. Tip: make sure your hands are clean and you have brought your patience when you install these. They aren't hard to install, but you might have to do a little adjusting and bubble removal. After all the bubbles are out, they will look like they've always been there.
