Did not ship full product and won’t respond to emails

Did not ship full product, I ordered this kit and they left out,the freaking air filter and now they won’t respond literally just a waste of money don’t trust these guys anymore first time buying after hearing good reviews only to be disappointed would rate negative if I could

I am sorry to hear you were missing parts from your order. It does look like the Subimods Team was able to resolve this issue for you and get a filter sent out to you. Please let us know if there is something that we could have done better for you as we are always looking to better ourselves. I would like to add that our business hours are M-F 10am - 6pm EST and we are not open on weekends, emails sent over the weekend will be answered the following business day in the order they are recieved. I apologize if you felt that our response was not efficient enough for you but I do hope you are pleased with the outcome and customer service we were able to provide.
