DETAILS

The Takeda Retain Intake is a short ram air intake system. In recent testing this intake produced 7 HP & 6 lbs. x ft. of torque and had a 43% flow increase. This unique intake design utilizes the front of the stock airbox to ensure coldest air intake temperature to the filter. Takeda intakes are constructed out of lightweight clear coat anodized tubing for maximum airflow and a great style. Each intake uses a large 360 degree high flow Pro DRY S air filter for maximum flow, filtration and convenience. The Pro DRY S air filter requires no oils and cleans with simple soap and water. This Takeda intake comes complete with all tubing, filters, couplings, 3-angle adaptor, wrinkle black airbox cover, and hardware for an easy installation.

Cleaning Convenience:
This system includes a Pro DRY S oil free synthetic air filter which will never require to be oiled after cleaning.

Clear-coat Anodized Tubing:
Prevents intake tube discoloring and oxidation

Great product and customer service

I’ve had the cold air intake in for about two weeks now, it looks great in the engine bay and adds a nice sound that really is heard at high rpm’s. I had some questions about delivery and shipment progress and the team at subimods was wonderful and answered all of my questions swiftly and thoroughly. Would recommend to others and I will definitely be buying from here again.
