DETAILS

The Whiteline Transmission Mount Insert has been designed to add more reinforcement and structural rigidity to your existing transmission mount. This mount installs by filling the voided areas in the transmission mount and once it is installed, then it should reduce the lag in shift response while removing any slop in the rubber transmission mount. This insert has been made from durable polymer materials that will provide you with years of performance.

A rare miss from Whiteline

Wanted to install this on my 2008 Legacy Spec B, but even using a press could not get it in without causing damage. Eventually gave up and ordered a Group N trans mount from Subaru so now I’m out the money spent on this.

I am sorry to hear you had such an issue with installing your Whitline Transmission Mount Insert. We appreciate your feedback regarding this issue. This is desinged to be an extrmely tight fit to provide optimal performance, and reduce movement of your transmission as well as the bushing itself. Typically in situations like yours we ask that you reach out to the Subimods Team to allow us the opporuntity to resolve this for you, such as working with in getting the Group N mount that you purchased and returning this insert.
