No reason not to use this oem thermostat when replacing cooling system components.

Buy this when changing out your timing belt/water pump.

Best on the market. Don’t be fooled by anything with “moto” in the name. Does not come with a gasket.

We agree, always replacing your thermostat with OEM is the only way to go. Unfortunately all OEM products are separate and as you mentioned the gasket is not included.
