Verus Engineering Two Piece Front Splitter 2015-2021 WRX / 2015-2021 STI
The Verus Engineering Front Splitter is designed to increase front end downforce, aerodynamically work well with the Verus Engineering rear diffuser, and reduce lap times on the track. This kit comes automatically with the front splitter tie kit (PN A0057A) to ensure rigidity and durability from the 2-piece front splitter blade system.
Utilizing state-of-the-art analysis software during the R&D process, we were able to estimate the performance of the splitter on the car. We were able to properly design the diffuser and splitter to work well together.
During the design process; we utilized in-house scan data. This results in a product that features a near OEM fit and finish.
The front splitter was designed for owners looking to combat front end lift, increasing traction at high speeds. The two-piece design reduces costs through shipping savings and allows easier replacement if damaged as half splitter pieces can be purchased.
The Verus Engineering Ventus 1 package decreases the overall lift and reduces the drag of the VA WRX. The components end up improving the aerodynamic efficiency of the vehicle as a result. The splitter creates a low-pressure zone in the front on the bottom side of the splitter and high pressure on the top side. This improves front end downforce. The Ventus 1 kit is a nicely balanced aerodynamic package for the VA WRX.
