The Complete Setup

• Combine the bushings and lever, and you get a shifter setup that transforms your car. Every gear snaps into place with satisfying precision, making the entire driving experience more engaging and enjoyable. Warning: once installed, you may find it impossible to resist snapping through the gears.

TiC Version 7 JDM Swap Shift Linkage Bushings

• These replace the soft rubber bushings in the shift linkage joint. Over time, the stock bushings “pack out,” creating excessive side-to-side slop at the end of the stick. Regardless of year, whether you have the stock shifter, STi short shifter, or another aftermarket lever, the stock bushings allow sloppy, vague shifts. Our stiffer polyurethane bushings minimize side-to-side play, prevent packing out, and give your shifts a much more positive, precise engagement—while keeping NVH close to stock.

TiC Pivot Bushings

• These polyurethane bushings replace the soft factory shifter pivot bushings, which tend to wear out over time and create a vague shift feel. These upgraded bushings provide a firmer, more precise shifter response and are built to last a lifetime.

Kartboy Front and Rear Shifter Stay Bushings

• Subaru uses soft rubber for the shift lever’s hard mounting points, which results in vague fore-and-aft motion. The Kartboy stay bushings replace the stock rubber with stiffer urethane, eliminating slop and giving each gear a crisp, positive click. The result is a shift feel that is much tighter and more responsive.

• This lever combines the mechanical advantage of Kartboy’s repositioned lower portion with a slightly taller upper portion—approximately 3/8" longer than stock—giving you a shift knob that sits closer to the steering wheel for improved ergonomics.CNC machined and TIG welded in the USA, this lever pairs perfectly with the bushings above, delivering precise, confident shifts while retaining the factory reverse lockout.
