Is this not adjustable i probably shouldve researched more about this one but every other af blow off valve that ive seen is adjustable this one is just a little quiet i can really only hear it decently from inside the car? 

This is not an adjustable valve and is fully recirculating.

Do you still get the same harsh blow off sound with the recirculating bov compared to a regular bov? 

A recirculating BOV will sound very similar to OEM although it may be slightly louder. A full BOV will allow all pressure to be released into the atmosphere and will be substantially louder.
