The Turbosmart EM Valve to suit the New MY22 WRX is an upgrade to the factory valve, replacing the OE Unit with a Motorsport Proven, Billet Aluminum piston style valve with full OEM integration, via Patented Airflow strategies and a proprietary bullet solenoid valve. 

The Multiple Award-winning Kompact EM Series of Upgraded Diverter Valves are the world’s first truly plug and play Upgrade solution for your factory diverter valve. Unplug and unbolt your OEM Valve, and install a Kompact EM Valve in its place. No adaptors, hoses or extra assembly is required.

Will installing this on a stock wrx cause the engine to run rich? 

This is a direct factory replacement and should not cause your WRX to run rich.

Is tuning required for this or is it like the boomba bov where you just slap it in? 

No tune is required, this is a plug and play application.

Will this void manufacturer warranty is there any chance it will cause damage like the review a read about the hybrid? 

Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the warranty. As with any aftermarket parts, there is no guarantee there will be no issues. That being said, you should have no issues with this BOV.
