Subaru JDM STI Short Shifter w/ Install Kit 2013-2021 BRZ / 2013-2016 FRS / 2017-2021 GT86

The short throw feeling and travel movement is pretty good, difficulty to install was definitely high but was completed 2 in hours. Cons - cannot change the reverse locket portion as it's now made of one single piece of metal which is unfortunate if you wanted something besides plain matte black or if you already have an aftermarket one, the main rubber boot that keeps out wind/road noise etc does not fit around the bottom of the shifter like OEM and does not stay on the reverse lockout portion if pulled up due to movement when shifting and because the leather shift cover is supposed to sit there. Overall I would say with slight modification it could be 5 stars. As well there is a lack of install video material as there was an extra rubber boot cover where the transmission rod fits into the shifter which no video shows and was impossible to move without ripping it.
