Tomei Exhaust products are being used all over the world and are well known for their performance gains, unique designs, fabrication quality and value for money. They designed these headers to be in a 4-2-1 layout with 42.7mm, 45.0mm and 60.0mm sizes respectively. They did this in order to extract the absolute maximum form your EJ turbine with the equal length design. These manifolds are manufactured using a Lost Wax process designed to eliminate cracking from welded weak points and for aiding smoother exhaust gas flow without any interference. Using 2.5mm thick pipes made from SUS304 stainless steel ensure you are getting one of the best pieces on the market today.

Great product

While it changes the tone from the deep Subaru grumble you’re used too, this manifold is top tier quality all around. If you’re looking for more horsepower, the 4-2-1 is the way to go over an unequal length manifold. The performance gains are very noticeable , in the mid to higher range rpm. I noticed a quicker throttle response also after shifting. Easy install, the wrap took the longest because I was picky about it. I have this paired with an invidia turbo back exhaust at 20 psi, and she is amazing. Love it.

EL headers

I installed these on my 09 wrx and install was easy. Taking my old headers off was the problem. Been driving on them for about a month now and I really love them

Fits perfect and sounds great

It was an easy plug and play when swapping the stock manifold with the tomei. The heat wrap took the most time out of everything during the install process.

The heat wrap is a huge help to keep the heat in your manifold and not your engine bay, as you said it does take time to install, but it is worth it. Other than that, they are a simple install!
