In order to improve engine torque and power output, it is effective to increase the intake air volume and improve the filling efficiency.

Therefore, the Sims Air Induction Box has redesigned the route from the intake duct inlet to the air cleaner box. The intake duct has been expanded to the maximum extent possible within the limited space, and is shaped to efficiently take in the air flow. Fresh air with high pressure (density) caused by the so-called running wind (ram air) effect is introduced to the front of the air cleaner, and then supplied to the engine via the airflow sensor, improving power output.

We use the optimal layout and design for each vehicle model to further improve performance, and for some vehicles, we have integrated the genuine resonator and added an air inlet. This makes it possible to take in air from inside the fender, and to take in extra air in addition to the wind while driving. We carefully consider the air flow for each vehicle model and select the optimal dedicated layout.
