Will this work with my 2024 subaru crosstrek? 

This wiring harness will work on any Subaru model that has a 1/4" male spade horn connector. Some models will require you to see the horn located under the passanger side headlight but most will allow you to connect to the main horn located on the center beam.

Do you offer install instructions i bought the nobel harness and its blowing fuses in my vb i dont think ill have that problem with your set up if you offer install instructions ill get one asap? 

There is no specific way to run this harness, since it fits multiple Subaru Models. The single red wire with the fuse goes to the positive side of your battery.
