These Mounts are made of a stiffer material then the stock mounts. These will reduce the motion of your engine during Acceleration, Hard Cornering, and High Revving. They give you a better feel of the engine through the shifter lever and Channel more power through the drivetrain. The STI Group N mount is constructed the same way as the OEM units, however using a much stiffer and higher quality rubber.

Great upgrade over stock

The stock trans mount is as advertised; squishy and lacking. This is a big improvement. I also installed the JDM pitch stop and it subtly improves the driving experience while giving little NVH. Best of all, I just needed some ramps to get to it. But it was a bit tight under the car so if you have a lift or even jack stands, that would be better. Best of all, this is an OEM replacement. I only wish Subaru made more performance products like TMICs or a performance intake.

tightened things up nicely

after having performed a 6 speed swap into my WRX, the STI Trans was a bit loose in its mount. This added the support and rigidity I was looking for.

The Group N Transmission mount is the only way to go! Stiffer than stock but not so stiff it rattles your transmission apart! Having a stiffer mount helps make crisper shifts and eliminates a lot of movement in the transmission. Thank you for the 5 Stars!
