DETAILS

This crankshaft from Subaru is their latest and greatest factory EJ crankshaft. The crank is Nitride-Treated to be extremely hard and reduce the chances of wear and damage from foreign material. 



This is the OEM Nitride-Treated crankshaft used in the 2017+ STI but it is suitable for most EJ255/257 motors.

Building my motor so why not upgrade with a better crankshaft that came from the 2017+ STI for my 2012 STI

Worked amazing minus no woodruff key

I got this for my 2010 sti that I spun a rod bearing on. Thing was a straight drop in and all the bearing clearance correctly. Was kind of sad it doesn’t come with the woodruff key.

Thank you for your positive review and added pics! The hardened Subaru OEM Nitride-Treated Crankshaft is going to provide a much stronger a crank while reducing wear! Unfortunately as most all OEM Subaru products everything is sold separately, like the woodruff key.
