Adds a nice touch

The shifter was incredibly easy to install (< 5 minutes) and adds a nice touch to the interior. The old shifter took probably 1 minute to remove, then I had some trouble figuring out the location for the new one (there is a little pin you need to insert to keep it in place, and I couldn't find how far down the shifter needed to go), so it took a bit longer, but this is something anybody can do.

The leather on the front of the shifter is also much nicer than the stock piano-black, and the stitching is high-quality.
