Are the lights actually white i have the oem footwell illumination in my 2022 brz limited and the light color is blue? 

This particular kit offers the white lights.

Will this work for a 2004 subaru wrx sti? 

Unfortunately these will not work with your 04 WRX STI.

Can you make a red one?
