When doing any work that gives you access to the rear main seal it might not be a bad idea to replace it. Using a Subaru OEM seal gives you that peace of mind that you used a quality part.

Rear main seal 2006 wrx

Easy install I got a stage 2 clutch from subie mods and did that at the same time as the rear main seal. So far so good fit great and shipped fast

another OE product

Another great OEM product! it fit perfectly. I would highly recommend buying the "company 23" rear main seal installer. Also, when buying the stuff don't forget to get the wrist pin cover set to do while you are there. Also personally i use 3M scotch bright pad to clean the sealing surface.
