I recently ordered a 4" Remark axle-back exhaust from Subimods, and the product itself is outstanding. The build quality is top-notch, and it was a completely seamless, bolt-on installation with perfect fitment. Subimods also got the package processed and shipped out to me in incredible time.
The real test of a company comes when things go wrong, and that’s where Subimods truly shined. FedEx completely dropped the ball on the delivery—the box arrived heavily thrashed with punctures, leaving a physical gouge on the steel flange of the new exhaust. Luckily, I had purchased Subimods' package protection. When I reached out to customer support, they took care of me with absolute ease, speed, and real care to make it right.
I couldn't be happier with both Subimods as a company and the Remark exhaust. I will absolutely be shopping here again for future mods. FedEx, not so much!
