Purrfect

My 2023 wrx came with STI performance exhaust. It is stock with a Cobb Accessport and custom Etune. On my 2016 I also ordered it with that exhaust. On the 2016, the STI exhaust was a perfect match with sound and drivability. But the 2016 had real mufflers and the 2023 version mufflers are so small the sound is close to a muffler delete. I don't "mind" the sound but when I have people in the car I have to drive below 3k rpm to not annoy them. And the drone at 3500 rpm is headache inducing. I fully matted my trunk, floors, and doors which makes my stereo hit hard but does nothing for the drone.
To solve the problem I took a gamble with these Remark axle back mufflers. Way easy to put on, did not lift the car and it was not a problem. I am not sure why anyone buys them without the burnt tips, they are money! Looks amazing next to my dark car and blacked out rear.
I was afraid they would be too quiet but I can hear them just fine over my 10inch sub and sound and are very pleasant with company in the car. I get the same pops I did with the STI exhaust.
The car is very drivable now and I am very pleased with the quality and sound, not to mention the extremely fast delivery from Subimods, thanks guys!
