DETAILS

An oil catch can is essential for engine protection from elevated levels of crankcase blow-by oil that accumulate during aggressive driving. Excess oil saturated air circulating back into the air intake stream can lead to degraded performance by depositing oil on the inside of the induction system, intercooler, intake manifold, etc. Radium Engineering catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick.

This kit contains two independent catch cans, each plumbed into different parts of the PCV system. The cans do NOT vent to atmosphere (VTA), and instead maintain the factory plumbing strategy. This closed-loop system routes clean filtered air back in through the engine promoting negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance. Furthermore, closed loop systems prevent unwanted oil vapors from being detected in the cabin.

This is amaizng! I love the look it gave and install wasnt horrible as long as you do sorm thorough reading through the intructions and take your time. Took me around 3.5 hours but if I was to install it on another STI I can probably do it in half that time now!

The mod your Subaru REALLY wants!

Keeping oil/water/contaminants out of the combustion chamber is a good thing.... the RA dual catch can kit has everything you need and instructions to put it all together with relatively little fuss.

Clean out the cross over tube while you have everything apart!

Love the product, hate the directions

Love the product and it works great. The barb fittings a pain to get on but they’ll set if you lube them up plenty. The online directions aren’t good. If the company could go into more detail with the installation directions that would be very helpful. Product is a 5/5 stars all day. Directions get a 3/5 stars.
