Installation is as easy as unscrewing your existing OEM parking brake button, removing the existing spring (if you choose), and screwing the PERRIN Drift Button into place. By removing the spring placed in the parking brake lever, you can easily use the parking brake to induce and/or maintain your drift. With the PERRIN Drift Knob, the parking brake lever will not lock and will return to the off position automatically.

Easy install, clean look

Super easy to install, just be careful taking out the OEM button if you want to keep it pristine as it is very fragile chromed plastic. Nice to have the option to hang the drift even with street driving sometimes, when you want to take a curve with a little style!

So low and behold it fits on a 21' STi. So everyone that was worried that "STi" isn't in the description, ya good. Now I found the Perrin KNOB to have a small o.ring that keeps it from unwanted vibration, spinning (boo), it stays where u want it till u want it, cause that o.ring. Very quality product as every Perrin comes with excellent machining quality. I give it a 4.5 - 5 star product.
