The OEM mount is designed to eliminate all noise from the CVT transmission and the consequence is a soft mount. The PERRIN CVT Transmission Mount Support, fills the gap between the OEM mount, significantly reducing transmission movements, and creating a much more positive feel during accelerating and decelerating. This also creates a more positive feel when using the manual shifting mode! The PERRIN Transmission Support reduces drivetrain slop and movement under hard acceleration, deceleration, and cornering, which allows your engine to transmit more power to the wheels. This means better, more accurate launches for drag racing and autocross-type events where you do not want drivetrain slop.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, PERRIN Transmission Mount Supports are hard-anodized black for superior surface durability and corrosion resistance. The PERRIN Transmission Support will stiffen your stock transmission support, adding some NVH (noise, vibration, harshness). For most people this is pleasing, feeling a solid connection between the transmission and chassis, versus having that sloppy disconnected feel.
