The PERRIN bushing reduces the sloppy feeling during quick gear changes, giving the driver a more precise feel when shifting, especially that crucial 2nd-3rd shift. The shifter bushing is solid brass with specifically placed O-rings which eliminate slop but allows for natural drivetrain movement. Simply replaces the OEM rubber shifter bushing that is easy to install with no special tools required.

Perrin Shifter Bushing

This is the go to shifter bushing. I choose Perrin over Cobb due to how tight the brass bushing fit in the housing compared to Cobb. I saw other posts in forums on how owners switched back to the OEM shifter bushing until they were able to pick the Perrin bushing. It assists with very tight shifts. Can’t recommend it enough.

I the Perrin Shifter Bushing partnered up with the Cobb Shift Stopper, Cobb Shifter Plate, and STI short shifter.

Perrin bushing

Relatively easy to install and comes with pictures which helps those like me haha. Definitely smoother shifts after replacing the OEM bushing
