The PERRIN Performance Crank Pulley weighs just .2 lbs, which is lighter than the stock OEM pulley. Throttle response, horsepower and torque are all increased with this easy to install part. Precision machined mounting hub included.

Designed to look mean and fast, the PERRIN Performance crank pulley has precision machined grooves which tightly sync with all OEM and aftermarket belts.

The PERRIN Alternator pulley is machined from 6061T6 billet aluminum, anodized red or black and laser etched for increased belt life and a precision fit. Precision machined grooves tightly sync with all OEM and aftermarket belts.

This part doesn’t fit 90s alternators it didn’t fit my 98 Impreza the nut wouldn’t thread on cause the threads weren’t long enough not the same design as the OEM pulley.Fits my 2005 wrx though. It’s a nice piece noticeable weight difference holding it

Thank you for your review of the Perrin Alternator Pulley. I am sorry that you had an issue fitting it to your 98 Impreza but glad you were able to make it work with your 05 WRX. Perrin has confirmed that it is meant to fit the 98 Impreza on their website. Definitely a noticeable weight difference and with less weight comes more HP!
