These are one step colder plugs and are recommended for higher horsepower applications. A higher heat range number does not improve engine performance, it increases the plugs ability to dissipate heat.

Will this fit my 2005 sti? 

Yes they will!

Will these work with 2015 wrx or sti? 

These will work with the 15+ STI, but will NOT work with the 15+ WRX!

Im running a stage 3 heads block at 20 psi and my builder recommend ngk 5245 what do you recommend i know my build can produce more that 20psi however it misfires ones at 20psi i asked him what gap i need to set the plugs to and he said they are pre gapped i looked and that is 60 i dont believe him please advice?

I have a 2005 outback xt do these plugs fit was under the impression its the same engine as legacy gt?
