NGK Iridium IX spark plugs are designed specifically for the performance enthusiast. Iridium IX spark plugs offer extreme ignitability, improved throttle response and superior anti-fouling. The fine-wire iridium center electrode ensures high durability and a consistently stable spark. A special taper-cut ground electrode shape allows more area for faster flame expansion. Iridium alloy has an extremely high melting point, perfect for today's high-performance engines. Trivalent metal plating provides superior anti-corrosion and anti-seizing properties.

The NGK BKR7EIX will fit the 2002-2005 Subaru WRX 2.0L.

If you have a modified engine, you might want to go one step cooler.  A cooler plug is better able to dissipate heat, so is better suited to an engine that is generating more power, and therefore more heat.  If you noticed that your plugs were powder white the last time that you changed them, it might be a good idea to go one step colder.

Really fast delivery it was great. Come in a really big box for the little 4 pack spark plug, but I mean more protection. Great product and it worked good on my WRX.

NGK iridium spark plugs

I am very happy with these plugs. They came in perfectly gapped at .028 and cleaned up my misfire immediately! Couldn’t be happier!
