If you don't have LED powered fog lights, then you're just behind the times! Thankfully the new Morimoto XB LED projector fog lights: Look great. Are well-built. Perform like champs. Have a virtually infinite lifespan. An unbeatable warranty, And best of all you won't need to sell your soul to afford them!

Many of the guys here at the shop use them on their own vehicles, and they're easily one of our most popular product lines. With many modern applications from Subaru, these complete fog light housings will swap directly in place of the original halogen units that they're designed to replace, using all of the stock mounting locations. Their aim can be perfectly dialed in with the integrated height adjusters. 

Wiring is easy too! The Morimoto XB LED fog lights are designed to work without any special wiring. They will plug into the factory connectors for the stock fog lights and each assembly includes all necessary connectors, rubber seals, and pigtails for a plug-n-play install.

Three Nichia 5500K LED's produce around 1200 raw lumens per side. The projector-based optics concentrate a total of 2400 lumens of pure white light into a beam that's super wide and perfectly distributed for use as a fog light. Make no mistake, these will produce a much different [better] result than slapping some LED replacement bulbs into your stock housings.

The XB fogs meet & exceed all SAE, DOT, and ECE regulations. Their durable polycarbonate lens will resist the test of time, keeping the Subaru projector fog lights looking new for many years to come.

The powder-coated cast aluminum housing is light-weight and much stronger than comparable plastic alternatives. Doubling as the heat-sink for the LED's, the housings completely protect the internals from moisture and road debris. We've sold many thousands of these fog lights and to date, have only seen one or two develop a problem...no joke!

I bought these fog light for my 2020 WRX and I must say wow they are very bright. The only problem I have is the bolts that were given don't really work. They don't have anything to **** into. So I had to go to the hardware store and find something to make them work. They look great on the car kinda hides them a bit until there on.

Ideal Beam Spread, But Slight Fitment Considerations

The light output is excellent. The SubiMods stock picture of the beam form/shape that's listed above is a very accurate portrayal of what the customer will observe after installation. The plastic white-colored elevation dial on the back of each housing is easily adjustable and accessible even when the bumper is attached to the vehicle. My only complaints are with fitment. The front side of lenses protrude forward a few millimeters less than the OEM lenses, which result in a slight gap between the front side of the lenses and a back side of the OEM bezels. Because the brackets slot into position on the engine side of each assembly (just like the OEM fog light brackets), the placement of the assemblies can't be advanced forward (via washers, etc) to close up these gaps. As for the wheel side of each bracket's installation, the included screws are too wide to advance into the OEM metal retaining clips. Recommendation: remove these OEM metal retaining clips and instead use hex bolts (4x), hex nuts (4x), and metal washers (8x) from your local hardware store. To close up the aforementioned "gaps", extra washers could be installed on the wheel-side brackets, but that would likely cause the beam spread to shift too are inward towards the engine. Lining the backside of the bezel openings with adhesive rubber stripping would probably be a better solution to keep the elements from passing through these gaps. One last observation: when these fog light bulbs are not projecting light, their appearance is very blacked-out. At a glance, they look a lot like the OEM fog light delete bezels that are on the Base model of the 2015-2021 WRX.
