Heavy, well constructed and looks great. Just twist it on and throw the sticker on it (in that order). Super high quality for the price.

Your average shift ****.

This is your average shift ****. I bought it mainly to match the interior of my car since I have a carbon fiber steering wheel. The **** is pretty light, I would have prefer a bit more weight to it. The feel is a bit odd but it does its job.
