The casting is high quality, and the part feels great in hand. My installation may have been easier because I pulled the intake manifold and TGVs as one piece to install steel braided AVCS/turbo oil feeds and phenolic spacers. I will say it is still a tight fit. I had to bend some PCV lines just slightly so the inlet to the turbo coupler could fit.
To allow for better fitment of the turbo coupler, I loosened the uppipe brackets where the turbo mounts and slightly pushed the entire turbo to the right (towards the transmission) ever so slightly to help relieve some tension on the coupler. The other review with pictures shows the interference with the coupler nicely.
One final thing, the plastic NPT fittings that came with my inlet did not want to thread in at all. Thankfully, I had some 1/4" NPT to 3/8" hose barb fittings on hand from some other jobs.
Overall, this is a quality upgrade that I would recommend. Likely the last inlet you will ever need. If you have the intake manifold off already, then it is not a big problem to do.
