DETAILS

This Kartboy Short Shifter replaces the stock shift lever in 97-05 model years Subaru Forester, and Baja. Overall shift throw is decreased by 40%, providing a noticeable difference and a solid feel. The Shift knob height will also drop 1" as well. Constructed of CNC'd and TIG welded 4130 Cr-Mo steel. It will install with simple mechanic's tools in under 30 minutes.

Perfect

Installing took no more than 20 minutes and it completed changed the feel of the car. Shortened the throws just enough were it feels great but isint over the top short

Great shifter

Wish it could be little taller but I believe there are extensions and shift **** out there to fix it. Great change from stock.

10 min install. A little bit to get used to but it makes a huge difference in driving.
