I installed this on my 2014 Outback's FB25B motor (using an old accessory belt to keep the pulley in place and a breaker bar with an extra metal pipe for more leverage) to remove the old one and install the Kartboy one. I got this on sale for ~$50 and was pleasantly surprised by how much of a difference it made to my car's responsiveness when initially applying throttle in the CVT's manual mode. It's also cheaper than the Perrin crank pulley by $50, and weighs 0.2 pounds lighter than it too. Compared to the stock pulley it weighs about 3.5 pounds less, which of course is the reason for why it makes such a dramatic difference to the car, and is well worth the price you pay, even without it being on sale. And before anyone says it's getting rid of the car's harmonic balancer and ruining the engine, the stock crank pulley isn't a balancer either, so this really doesn't change anything. Also, since it's hard to find quality info about it, the official torque spec for the FB25 pulley bolt is 44.3 Ft/Lbs + 60° ±5° (AKA, really tight). One more thing, I had ordered this off of Kartboy's official site, and they threw in a gumball as part of my order for free. Too bad I lost it before I could eat it, lol.
